In honor of our time at Disney this week, we are pulling out a throwback to our Disney trip when Quinn was five. Although she isn't happy at the "Happiest Place on Earth", it is still one of my faves...

Nothing screams an upcoming Disney trip like pulling out the pins and sorting which ones to trade....
Last week's football game was themed "Go Gold." It is a yearly tradition, partnering with local organizations to fight childhood cancer. It draws a HUGE crowd - although most home games do anyway.
Being that neither of our girls love to have their pictures taken, and most definitely won't take a selfie and send it to me, I have to rely on the photos that are taken by a high school dad (professional photographer) that are shared with the HSHS students and families.
Quinn had front row spots on the fence (a very coveted spot!) for this game...
There are some great pics of the HSHS crowd...
Some other great shots of the game.... Sullivan is at the game. She is just a teeny, tiny speck at the top of the bleachers. You have to use your imagination to see her.
The girls, as usual, had a blast! We are so thankful for Friday Night Football.
We took a quick trip to Wilmington over Labor Day to check it out and visit UNC Wilmington. We hadn't been to Wilmington yet since living here, but understand now why people love it so much.
We walked the downtown area - full of shops, boardwalks, and restaurants.
Wilmington is a stone's throw to the ocean and lots of beach communities. We drove through a couple and stopped off to put eyes on the water.
The beach was SUPER busy for Labor Day weekend and we chose not to partake in the beach going festivities. But we did enjoy seeing the ocean and soaking in a little sun for a short while.
We all drove around the campus of UNC Wilmington. It is a beautiful campus with lots to offer. Ryan and Quinn also did a short walking tour of the campus and really enjoyed it.
While Quinn liked the campus, I'm not sure where it will fall in her list of favorites. Time will tell.
This was the first trip to Wilmington, but it certainly won't be the last. Being only about 2 hours away, it makes it super convenient to bop over for long weekend getaways.
Because this is a year to reflect and celebrate all the amazingness of Quinn, I am starting a Senior Sunday post. No real explanation, just a celebration at Quinn over the years.
