During these sales, a virtual garage sale of sorts, the kids can sell their 'treasures' to one another. Some bring in old stuffed animals and trinkets, while others decide to make crafts to sell!
I can give you one guess what Quinn usually decides to do...!
Crafts, of course!
This week Quinn decided to make bookmarks, using paperclips and ribbon. She did such an amazing job getting them all prepared by herself. She is definitely a master of the glue gun right now!
She also made some tiles/coasters using sharpie markers. She colored the tiles in various patterns and then we sprayed a layer of clear coat on top. The clear coat marbleized the pens, creating a pretty amazing design!
Quinn's crafts were pretty amazing and the tiles ended up being a HUGE hit! She has developed quite the entrepreneurial thinking too - she charged an "up-sale" to personalize their tile! Pretty good business approach!
